Cancellation Policy
RISE Skin Rejuvenation & Body Sculpting understands life gets in the way, and sometimes appointments may need to be rescheduled or canceled. Please call us right away if you need to confirm the day and time or can’t make your appointment.
We are committed to providing all of our clients with exceptional care in a timely manner. For this reason, RISE Skin Rejuvenation & Body Sculpting reserves the right to charge a fee of 50% of the service cost for any no-shows or cancellations made within 24 business hours.
If you are late, RISE Skin Rejuvenation & Body Sculpting reserve the right to cut your service if we can not complete your full service time. You may be charged for the service booked. If you are more than fifteen minutes late and we do not have time to perform the service, you may be charged the 50% percent of the service fee and asked to reschedule.
